Thriving Essentials is an interactive, one-day leadership workshop designed to renew congregations and reenergize engaged members across our denomination.

Hosted by NWCRC, this course will be led by Pastor Elaine May, Thrive’s Congregational Renewal Consultant and Affiliate Assistant Professor at Fuller Seminary. Together, participants will explore four core concepts of a healthy ministry: Mission, Discipleship, Discernment, and Leadership. Gaining clarity and alignment around these foundations can help bring renewed energy and direction to our church’s ministry.

Thriving Essentials is for anyone who cares about the life and vitality of our church. You will leave with greater clarity, a shared language, and practical tools to help our church flourish.
